Mr. Carlos Plantillas, proud father of Izaiah Plantillas will be sharing his own personal experiences of being a father and what it means to him. Mr. Plantillas, Dean of Student Services at the Tech, has dedicated a little over 25 years to the many students of Bosco Tech throughout his career. 

Mr. Plantillas has a B.A. in Social Work and Child Psychology with a M.A. in Coaching and Athletic Administration.

Mr. Plantillas will also be sharing the impact the role a father has in a child's life, the importance of  making bonding time, and the difference between being a parent and being a friend. Mr. Plantillas has a wealth of experience dealing with high school students and will share resources that could help to strengthen and build  a stronger relationship between you and your son.
